Charles Ochieng is a Kenyan community development leader, social entrepreneur, and nonprofit executive dedicated to transforming lives through education, economic empowerment, healthcare, and sustainable community development. As the Founder and Program Coordinator of DISC Initiatives, he has spent more than seventeen years leading grassroots programs that empower vulnerable children, youth, women, and marginalized communities across Kenya.
His work is driven by the belief that lasting development begins when communities discover their own potential and are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods.
